At Festimed all feedback is important and we always listen and as applicable make the necessary changes.

We would prefer that if someone has an issue that they contact us directly rather than putting a post on a public forum so that we can discuss the matter and try to resolve the issue. We are always saddened when we hear that someone has not had a positive experience and if this is the case then please complete this form so that a Manager can respond to you.
